The winery is currently run by Santiago Deicas who represents the third generation of the Deicas family. The team behind Pueblo del Sol share the same passion for wines and the Uruguayan terroir as the generations of winemakers before them. Their quest is to strike the perfect balance between tradition and innovation in order to produce the best wines. Vineyard & Climate Uruguay has a temperate climate with warm summers and cool winters. The winery is located in the southern Canelones region which has large diurnal temperature shifts influenced by the Atlantic Ocean and the cool winds from the river Plate's estuary. These conditions allow for dry farming of the grapes - without using artificial irrigation. The Canelones region is characterized by its chalky clay soils and gently rolling landscape which allows good water drainage and guarantees perfect conditions for high quality wines. PUEBLO DEL SOL,  Uruguay Sauvignon Blanc Pale yellow in colour with hints of green. Fresh palate with good acidity, long and elegant finish. Aromatic nose with notes of ripe red fruits and cassis. Black and red fruits flavours are underpinned by good structure with velvety tannins.
